That error can occur when you have a user and a role in sage Security Administration that use the same ID, in this case it looks like you have a role called "Reception" and a user called "Reception." This usually is only a problem the first time the data is replicated.  you will need to delete one of those and set them up again with a different name, or at least delete one until replication is complete, then set them up again.
