HRIS platform that integrates with Sage 300 CRE

We have been researching HRIS platforms to handle recruiting, onboarding, benefits admin, etc but also need them to fully integrate with Sage.  What solutions have you found that can handle the job costing & certified payroll requirements?

    HRIS platforms handle things that Sage300 CRE doesn't do.  As you stated recruiting, onboarding, benefits admin, however Job Costing and Certified Payroll requirements should be handled within Sage300 CRE.  With the proper setup and crystal reports, you should be able to generate this data from Sage300 CRE.

    Some of the HRIS platforms we've researched require outsourcing of payroll to their system.  I'm noticing, however, that when I ask them to show me how their payroll integrates with Sage for the job costing, they are unable to.  I'm wondering if there is a platform out there that does fully integrate for the payroll piece.  I'm happy to continue doing payroll in house with Sage, but so far the HRIS platforms want "all or nothing".

    I believe ADP has a sync tool that can be used with Sage300 CRE, but it's been many years since i've implemented that solution.  Alternatively, you can look at companies where you can perform payroll inside Sage300 CRE, and export the time data to the HRIS platform.  Then you can have the best of both worlds.
