We do our weekly Payroll on every Monday around 8am ET. This is a time bound event and needs to to be completed in time. Need to know how to get support if we run into some problems like error messages while processing the P/R. We had this problem couple weeks ago and tried to get Sage Support but  were unsuccessful to get the on line chat or phone support.

    Another option is to have your certified consultant assist as needed.  I know they will charge you - but if you are getting errors it might be worth the time/cost to really look at what is causing these errors.  Just my 2 cents ..
