Sorry, we do not know about the third party time and attendance systems.   We use Sage Construction Anywhere with Time Sheets and it works great!   Our folks in the field use the SCA app to record their time by job, phase, and cost code and these committed costs feed into our PM and Job Cost Reports.

Do the time sheets kept in the field (SCA app) have a GPS feature to verify their locatoin?  Is the SCA app part of Sage Construction? We are also looking for a time tracking solution for our field personell.

Sage Construction Anywhere is a cloud based program that is developed by Sage.  It does not currently include a GPS function for the time entries, though I know that has been requested as an enhancement.  For more information about Sage Construction Anywhere you can start with this website -

Many of our customer like the AboutTime application for tracking GPS location, time and equipment.

Which electronic devices are your field employees using to enter time? Phones or tablets? We are looking at solutions for our field employees but wondering how the import would work into Sage. We fall under CA Ag exemption and pay OT over 44 hrs instead of 40. Each day we have to adjust cost codes to OT rates if needed. Daily labor takes several hours each day.

Hi Carsten Sage offers digital time card collection from their own product SSO Sage Service Operations or SFO Sage Field Operations (you can check them out via YouTube) and several other authorized 3rd party integrations.  Do your due diligence to make sure they are authorized.
