any module click on tools then log viewer.   good luck. we just had this happen as well.. we are on sage 300 been for 20 years now..

Maybe my user permissions are whacky, because when I open "jobs" search the job that was added. View the record in the module, there is no "View" menu or "Tools" menu.

Catherine, the "Tools" menu is for 300 CRE, but you indicated you are using 100 Contractor. The Record History option mentioned in previous replies is what you would use. The View menu would only show if you logged into the company with administrator rights (so you would need to be a company admin to see this).
