Thanks for posting. Since it looks like you are using Sage100 Contractor, I am going to move this post to that Support Group so that other users of this software will see it and can offer you their thoughts and insight.

The release notes for Sage 100 Contractor v22.1 only references support for Windows Server version 2016 meaning that this is the only version that has been tested on.
