Run report 2-5-21 General Journal.  Set Selectors to "Period" Between 01/2019 and 12/2019, "Date" Less 01/01/2019 and Check "Include Job Costs" Box.  Adjust dates to suit your circumstances.  It is not the prettiest report, but it does the job.
