What is Sage Q&A Live?

Sage Q&A Live is a new way to get support by dropping into a virtual meeting room where Sage analysts answer questions on specific topics in real-time.

This is an opportunity for you to ask questions and receive fast, accurate answers and to view online demonstrations on common issues. You can also read questions that others asked recently, along with the expert responses they received.

We are initially offering the following Sage Q&A Live topics:

  • Download, Install, & Upgrade
  • Year-end: Payroll

What do I need to participate in Sage Q&A Live?

All you need is a computer with internet access. Speakers or headphones are recommended (but not essential) so you can listen to demonstrations.

How do I join Sage Q&A Live?

  1. Between the hours of 9:00 am ET and 6:00 pm ET Monday through Friday, visit Sage Q&A Live for Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate or Sage Q&A Live for Sage 100 Contractor.
  2. Choose your topic room.
  3. Enter your name and email address and then click Join Webinar in Progress.
  4. If you want to ask a question:
    1. On the webinar toolbar, click the Questions icon.
    2. In the Questions panel, type your question.
