How to install older/retired versions of Sage Business works?

Hello I am trying to find an installer for Sage business works 2018.0. My clients company is running entirely on 2018.0. I just need an installer for that version.

    I guess the question is why don’t they upgrade to current version?  I can help with that if you need

    Unfortunately, Sage only has downloads available for the supported versions which are the current version V2021 and one version back V2020.  If they are on a currently plan, then they will have access to download these versions.  If you really need the older V2018, you may want to see if the Install files are still on the original server and/or stand alone workstation from the original installation of V2018.  Generally, they would be on the C:\ Sage BusinessWorks 20XX Install files.  Otherwise, they can download and upgrade to the current version V2021.

    We have a couple of BusinessWorks' customers who are on older versions (within a couple of years) as they have a link to POS systems that haven't upgraded their technology for some time.

    Are they on Counterpoint?  That 3rd party POS software hasn't renewed their plan with SAGE and therefore doesn't have access to the current software.  I have a client that is dealing with this issue with them as well so I would hope that you would reach out to THEM and MAKE them renew their plan with SAGE so that you can get the most current SAGE BW software available.  I'm on a quest to get this done for my client as well.
