Thanks for reaching out. Found your email tied to a SAN partner account with us at Sage. Your email is your login to the Sage Partner Portal  and should now allow you access to your product codes.

Note that we don't issue new product codes every year for Sage BusinessWorks, your software access is based on an active Sage Business Care plan (which you have - it's renewing about a week before 02/18/2021). Look for the listing of codes issued in 2015 as per the below instructions.

How to access product codes on the Sage Partner Portal

The process for accessing products codes via the Sage Partner portal is similar

1. Go to https://partners.sagenorthamerica.com
2. Enter Username and Password in the Customer Portal Logon section
3. Click Logon on
4. Once logged in, see the left side bar and select Account Management > My Company, and scroll down to the Products section.
