My client would like to import orders from their e-commerce site, as well as update the site when orders change in BW (i.e. update order status on site when order converted to invoice, update shipping tracking info, etc). It sounds like importing orders manually is pretty straightforward, by following the formatting guidelines (Importing Quotes and Sales Order pdf). If we want to automate this process, however, my understanding is that we need to use 'BWGAccess'. This is where my knowledge ends. Our Sage consultant suggested following up here for further info.
- Is there documentation for BWGAccess that is available somewhere?
- Any other options or considerations?
