941 line 7, more than a few cents

How do I know what the amount on 941 line 7 is made up of? We didn't take advantage of any COVID programs. Generally this is a few cents and now it is over $3000.00. This is new for the third quarter.  I saw the knowledge base articles, but it doesn't help since we didn't do anything differently.  We are using BW 2020 Build version 0011.

    Hi Julie-  I believe this is the issue we discussed with the case you created the other day and was resolve after you installed the latest service pack.  I also included some Knowledge Base article below.
