Unfortunately, the only issue I found in our Knowledge Base at Sagekb.com, was an issue with collating if using a Vista or Windows 7 machine. See article: Forms and reports do not collate when printing from Vista or Windows 7 workstations (80601)

Otherwise, it would be difficult to troubleshoot this issue on this forum. To troubleshoot this issue further with you, I would recommend opening a case with support so they can get more information about you settings and environment and to offer options that can be modified in your environment to help collate.
