There used to be a developer that had the feature your looking for, if they are still in business. Pre 2009

I currently back up the data folder with my Synology NAS (Hyperbackup) RAID 5 w/ hot spare it utilizes a SNAPSHOT backup and creates a copy out to my AWS (amazon web services) folder.

Then every Wednesday I stay late and get a inside BW backup done, I'm backing up 5 companies total size 2.5GB of data in about 9 minutes. And that too is sent to AWS and a USB hard drive. My server is RAID 5 with Solid State drives

I can't say mine way is perfect.

There is no option in BusinessWorks to automatically log users off, users must log themselves off.  If a user or task becomes stuck, then you can follow Knowledge Base (www.SageKB.com) article #17294 "How to release or disconnect stranded users or tasks".
