When you say that you've had multiple users, were they simultaneous or just that multiple folks had access?

The licensing information doesn't change when you upgrade.  With one license, you can only have one user at a time accessing BW.  You can have multiple client users that can access the data from multiple computers, just not at the same time.  This is not new.  I'm sorry I couldn't help.

Bem is absolutely correct. You automatically have one user with the software. If you want more than one user at the same time, you would need to purchase another license. Upgrading does not change this. I would suggest you contact support to verify your account. Call 800-447-5700.
