BusinessWorks 2013 Profile Setup Error

I keep getting This error when trying to launch BWProfile.exe to setup the BW Profile.

I have no other apps open while launching but I still get the same error every time.

please advise.

     It appears a file may have become damaged in the Sage BusinessWorks client setup folder.  Rename the CLIENT SETUP folder located in the BusinessWorks program directory and reinstall the program, at the server, using the Sage BusinessWorks installation. 
    For full instructions, please refer to our Knowledge Base at SageKB.com where there is an article #41287 "Error: "(-5001 : Oxffffec75) has occurred while running the setup".   If the Knowledge Base article does not resolve this issue or if you feel you may need additional assistance on this issue, I would recommend calling 800-447-5700 to open a support ticket with a support analyst.
