Converting Work Orders to Invoices

My computer thinks a customer is open and is locking it so I cannot convert a work order to an invoice for that customer.  How can I remedy this?  The customer is not open on the computer system anywhere.

    It sounds like you have a running task stuck in the back ground in your network.  If you are getting a specific message, I would go to the Knowledge Base at support.na.sage.com and do a search on the message you are receiving.  Otherwise, you may want try Knowledge Base article "How to release or disconnect stranded users or tasks (17294)"   to release stranded tasks.
