Changes coming soon to the way you access Sage BusinessWorks support

The way you contact a Sage BusinessWorks support analyst is changing—in fact, it’s getting faster.

Now, you’ll connect with a Sage support analyst by opening the Help menu within Sage BusinessWorks and choosing “Live Chat”.

While you’ll no longer begin a query by phone after September 15, 2020, be assured if your question cannot be answered by chat, we will set up an appointment to call you. This may feel like a big change, but we’ve been testing this approach and the efficiency has been met with considerable customer approval. We believe it’s a better way to serve you and think you’ll find that to be the case as well.

In addition to Live Chat, also gives you quick access to all the ways we're here to help you get the most value from your software, including online case submission. It’s that easy!
