Changes coming soon to the way you access Sage BusinessWorks support

The way you contact a Sage BusinessWorks support analyst is changing—in fact, it’s getting faster.

Now, you’ll connect with a Sage support analyst by opening the Help menu within Sage BusinessWorks and choosing “Live Chat”.

While you’ll no longer begin a query by phone after September 15, 2020, be assured if your question cannot be answered by chat, we will set up an appointment to call you. This may feel like a big change, but we’ve been testing this approach and the efficiency has been met with considerable customer approval. We believe it’s a better way to serve you and think you’ll find that to be the case as well.

In addition to Live Chat, Sage.com/Resources also gives you quick access to all the ways we're here to help you get the most value from your software, including online case submission. It’s that easy!
