Have you encountered an issue where you select the Sage BusinessWorks program and a wheel spins and nothing happens? What about launching the program and a screen pops up and then goes straight to the Windows task bar? This behavior can occur for a number of reasons but the most frequent reason is a change with the computer display, such as a new monitor, moving from two monitors to one or changing the resolution of the monitor. With the steps below you can resolve the issue by resetting the launcher settings.

Always create a backup of your data and registry before proceeding with advanced solutions.
If the program will not launch:
Another issue you may run into is when launching reports nothing will happen or the report will appear to load and then just disappear. This also relates to possible changes to the display properties or it could indicate the report was accidentally moved to an area that is outside of the current view able area. To resolve you would need to delete the Report Preview key from the registry as outlined below.
