2021 issue addresses not printing on forms

An issue with the 2021 release has been discovered where addresses (DBMemo) fields are not printing on forms.  While we work on a resolution we wanted to provide a workaround for those that have installed 2021 and are encountering the issue.

As a workaround you can create a copy of your current form and replace the DBMemo field with a DBText field using the process below:

  1. Select desired form in Utilties, Maintain Forms
  2. Click Edit...
  3. Select Form, Save As...
  4. Save the form with a new name
  5. Select the field that is not displaying on form (for example the Employee: Address Block on the PR Check form) and delete the field
  6. Click DBText
  7. Click where you would like the DBText field on the form
  8. From the Data Field drop down select Employee: Address 1
  9. Repeat steps 6-8 for the remaining address fields (Employee: Address 2, Employee: City, Employee: State, Employee: Zip)
  10. Once complete save the form
  11. When printing select this new form as your desired form
