Important information about your Sage Drive (Remote Data Access) service in Sage 50cloud

Sage is enhancing identity management with your Sage 50cloud solution so you can benefit from modern access management in the future.

If you are not on the latest version of Sage 50 (Release 2021), you will not be able to access your company file through Sage Drive (Remote Data Access) after March 31, 2021.

To avoid any potential disruption to your Sage Drive service, you must upgrade to the latest version of Sage 50 before March 31, 2021. If you are unable to upgrade prior to March 31, 2021, you must remove your company from Sage Drive until you are able to get the latest update installed. For instructions to remove your company from Sage Drive, see Sage Knowledgebase Article ID 109221: Why can't I open my company file that is shared on Sage Drive in my old version of Sage 50? Please keep in mind that when you remove your company from Sage Drive, other users will not be able to access the company remotely.
