The issue surrounding the Sage 50 US activation service interruption has been resolved. You should now be able to activate both online and manually as normal.

We are seeing some successful activations; therefore, we urge you to continue to attempt both manual and online activation.

We have been feverishly trying to activate our software all day yesterday and today. Foolishly, we "upgraded" our software from the 2018 to 2019 version yesterday and have since been pretty much out of business due to the activation delay. We are unable to process clients' payroll and year end reports. I have lots of angry clients so I hope this issue is remedied quickly. I can't wait another day for this to be fixed as it's already been TWO. ENTIRE. WORKDAYS. this far. Please post continuous updates so those of us affected can remedy the problem as soon as it's been resolved. Thank you.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are seeing some successful activations, so please keep attempting to activate. If you're attempting to activate on the server through the automated process, you may want to try activating manually - please refer to Sage Knowledgebase Article 10818 for instructions.

The manual activation process does not work. The activation file is never sent - I guess it is part of the activation server issue.
