Has anyone else had the issue of Sage 2020 running the the processes and details in task manager but not showing the interface and then locking the PT.LCK file and SUA00021.LCK file on their server? Every morning this happens with our Sage 50 and we have about 20-25 constant users daily. Support hasn't been able to resolve the issue and I'm looking for anyone that can help out.
I was wondering if anybody has a fix for this issue, I recently upgrade to Sage 50 2020 and I'm experiencing this same problem.
Only thing suggested was to run all the .NET Framework updates from Windows and see if it helps.
We have been plagued by this issue ever since upgrading to Sage 50 2020. Has anyone come up with a solution to this problem yet? Everything we try only appears to temporarily fix the issue. It happens on almost a daily occurrence and it's random on what user will get it.

Does the .NET framework update work for this problem? We've had this issue for the last 3 weeks after weekly reboots (installed Sage on a terminal server with all of the remote workers now). Seems there is 1 user that always causes this with these 2 files open after the reboot, it's been the same user the last 2 weeks, not sure about week 1.
