Updated Pieces/Hour Not Changing in Maintain Routing After Running BOM Regeneration and Cost Rollup

We are making changes to our work centers in Setup Work Center for the new year and we have active routings that have been in place for several years.  In the past, we made the work center changes, then ran BOM Regeneration and Cost Rollup and the pieces per hour in the Maintain Routing screen would update to the new calculations.  They don't work this year.  If we go through each routing and change the work center and then change it back, they update correctly, but we don't want to go through each routing.  This process has worked in the past.  Any ideas?  Sage update causing issues possibly?

    While the Work Center rate changes are reflected after completing the BOM Regeneration and Cost Rollup, the other values you mentioned are not automatically updated to the Routings by these processes.  These values are default values for the initial creation of the routing.  These values have never automatically updated.  This would be anything on the "Default Values" tab of the Set Up Work Centers task.
