MAS 500 ERP 2014 error after login

MAS 500 ERP 2014 error after login:-

First Error: Unknow Error. Check the Tracker output for a description of the problem.

Second error: Object Manager is missing, Launching task failed

All modules have this same error: Unable to start the Selected task. The module associated with this task is not Licensed.

I can't add the License because when I go to System Manager > Maintenance > Maintain Site > show me the above error. So i cant activate the product as well

This is brand new install with sample data on a newly created server.

First, I installed the database utilities and created and loaded all sample databases to the Remote SQL Server then I installed the Mas 500 ERP client.

Please help me with these errors. i have tried clean uninstall and reinstall twice!

Hi Parvinder,

On the SQL Server machine, is the license registration file (licregserver.dll or licregserverx64.dll) present in syswow64 or system32 folder(depending on 32bit or 64bit).

If not, you need install the Sage 500 Database Utilities on the SQL Server which should install the license registration file.

it is not available on the SQL Server machine, do i have keep database utilities on both the machine?

No, you do not have to keep the Database Utilities on the server. After its installed, check for the presence of the license registration file and then you can remove the Utilities.

SO as you said, i installed the Database Utilities on the SQL Server.

then i saw the presence of LicRegServerX64.dll under System32 folder in SQL Server machine and uninstalled the Database utilities from SQL Server. dll file is still present there.

but when I tried to login to Mas500 machine i got the same errors?

One other thing Parwinder....

Check KB article 49633 on our Knowledge base. You will need to log in, but i think it might address the issue you're having.

"Unknown error occurred check tracker output for description of the problem" then "Object Manager is missing, launching task failed"
