Purchase Order printing

I am using Sage 500 ERP 2013 and when I print a purchase order on one workstation I get a different printed purchase order than when I print the same purchase order from another workstation. I am using the same sage login name at both workstations

    It appears that you have a standard installation of Sage 500.  This means that copies of the reports are installed on each work station.  To easily correct the issue, identify the .RPT file for the purchase order report you need using Set Up Business Forms in Common Information and copy this to the work station that needs it.
