We received this error while trying to create a new W/O.

Error: "Error 4262 occurred at frmmfzdh001 in Procedure WOCreateStepsNotesMM. Unable to add the tmfWorkOrdDetl_HAI record because it is trying to reference a record in tmfNotes_HAI that does not exist. Reference ID: (R_4111). The transaction ended in the trigger. The batch has been aborted. This application will now close" when trying to save a newly created work order for a specific routing. 

Searched on Sage Knowledge base and only found a reference that 'they were looking into issue'.

We did some testing and found that this error was caused by a 'blank' note on the detail line of the routing. We deleted the blank note from the detail line, saved the routing and then we were able to create the Work order using the routing.

Just wanted to share in case anyone else runs into this.
