This task looks like it's not a menu item.  It's set up this way so you can control security.

So how do I find it and add it to the menu? 

You can't.  It's not a menu item.

This task was added in Sage 500 v2013. You can run the Menu Upgrade Utility to add this (and other new tasks), or right-click on the menu folder where you want to add it and select Create New Task > Sage 500 ERP Task

In Cash Management/Report menu section try to use right mouse click, select 'Create New Task/ Sage 500 ERP Task' and for the  Module select Cash Management. 'Reprint Bank Reconciliation Register' should be the last task on the list. If it's not available you will need to use System Manager/Tools/Task Editor in order to add this task.
