We have NOTES in the optional fields in Ship-to Locations, so they show up in order entry. I am trying to get the note tied to the ship-to location for that customer, to populate on the order confirmation form. 

My problem is that I can't find the field for VALUE DESCRIPTION, in OEORDHO, only for VALUE, so I haven't been able to pull in the actual notes. For example, I'd like to get the full description of "Include cone(s) in box" instead of just the value "Cone" 

Does anyone know how I can pull in the value description for optional fields?
