My company typically creates 3 rather large POs near the end of the year to accommodate a spike in roughly 40 of our over 400 items. We normally run 2 regular POs a week(vendor 1 and vendor 2) creating from I/C and reordering items below Min -> up to Max. We currently do not use projected sales for ordering. When I changed the ordering MIN/MAX/REO QTY for the allotted time frame our sale go up, it shows both lines for each item on a Inventory Status Report.

What is the best way to go about having different order points for a small percentage of our stock for three months out of the year without having to always do this manually?
