We are running Sage 300c version 2017 and have recently integrated it with on-premises Sage CRM 2017 R2.
I am noticing some HUGE performance hits when I am trying to update or change either AR customer or AP vendor fields.
For instance, I was trying to update about 480 customers to make them inactive, so I did an export, flipped the inactive switch to 1 and tried to re-import.
I gave up after 20 minutes - only 84 records had been updated, so that is about one record every 14 seconds!
Pre-integration, that import might have taken 30 seconds?
Is that "normal"? If not (which I hope) where do I start looking to fix this?
I have noticed that updating AR customers directly also takes a long time.
