Sage CRM 7.3 SP3 Integration with Sage 300 2016 PU1 - Invalid Signon Information

Hi,

We'd encountered quite a number of issues related to Integration after implemented at our client's server.

Our technical team tested and found out that if the domain user being assigned to domain admin rights, he/she will have no issue accessing to integration screens from CRM site.

However, if the domain admin rights being removed from the "member of", the domain user will be given the following error message:

Why integration only allow domain users with domain admin rights to access to integration screens??

FYI, we'd installed smdotnet.exe and a4wOSSUP2.exe file into workstation PC; but the Sage 300 .NET Remoting Service at workstation PC cannot be started. Web deployment at workstation PCs are getting error msg: Session could not be opened. I not sure if Web Deployment will affect the integration screen. However, Web Deployment at the server is working fine and Sage 300 .NET Remoting Service is running at the server.

We'd also run Sage CRM Workstation Setup from workstation PC's Sage 300 program. The connection is tested ok.

Does anyone encounter the similar issue?

    Hi,

    Does anyone has any idea regarding issues above??

    We believed it's nothing to do with the antivirus since we'd turned off Trend Micro antivirus during our remote assistance to our client's PC and server.

    Why only allow domain users with domain admin rights to access Integration screen???

    Is there any security settings to allow domain users access to Integration screen???

    Web Deployment at client's PC must be working???
