SUBVIEW.dll causing AccessViolation

Does anyone here encounter an error for the SUBVIEW.DLL? We created a WEB API, when deployed it is fine when creating single calls. But when doing multiple calls simultaneous we got w3wp.exe error. Upon analyzing the dump file it shows: \vi65a\SUBVIEW.dll has caused an access violation exception (0xC0000005). What are the subview?

Contact Orchid Systems, that's an Extender module error.

Have you compiled your WEB api as 32bit? Have you set your app pool to 32bit? Might be worth a shot.

It seems that when doing concurrent request on WEB API for posting Order, it crashed. "Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component" on vOEORDH.Update() at AccpacCOMAPI.AccpacViewClass.Update()

Even removing the extender. We got this error: "Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component" on vOEORDH.Update() at AccpacCOMAPI.AccpacViewClass.Update()
