Macro fails on workstations but works fine on Server

SOLVED

I updated a client from Sage 300 2017 to Sage 300 2019 and one of the macros stopped working on the workstations.  They are also on a new server.   The macro uses the PO Receipt screen as one of the forms.  I updated that form to the new version of Sage and I added the form via UNC rather than the drive.  The macro does work fine when run on the server.

The workstations are both Windows 7 and Windows 10.  They were installed via WSSetup and Sage 300 runs fine and printing is good.  When the macro is launched from the Sage 300 Desktop it puts up a message that it won't run for unknown reason.  When I edit the macro at the workstation and I select the PO form to view it put's up a message that it can't find VBA.

I've ever seen this before.  It happens on all the workstations.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the workstation but no help.

Any and all advice greatly appreciated.
