Auto populate 'customer item number' in OE, Sage 300 v2014

We need to have the customer's item number automatically populate in the OE detail lines. I have it set up in the customer details file.

Is there a way to get this to happen automatically without a modification?

Just add it to the crystal reports.

I added customer part number to Crystal Report form for Order Entry but it will only show up when someone enters Customer Part Number in the order entry. If our part number is entered instead in the order entry, Order Entry Form does not show Customer Part Number. Is there anyway to always show Customer Item Number on the Order Entry Form irrespective whether we enter customer part number or our part number in the Order Entry Form?
