I will have to do some experiment in the Sage Intelligence

The problem is that I also Have Orchid Bin Tracking installed so I will need the Item's Bin Location as well. The Sage Intelligence seems to only have the I/C Inventory

Use the export and set a Criteria on the Description using the LIKE so contains. % on both left and right of your keyword. I'm listing all items here that contain the text "file"

You can do this in any standard finder as well and you can export from any finder off the finders File menu if security is enabled to do so but secret squirrel on that one.
