Table ICILOC: Item Location // my complete stock list?

Question

Hi there, 
 I will be so thankful if my thinking is correct here as it would be wonderfully simple :).. 
 Am I correct that the table ICILOC has a complete stock list of all my items in all the different locatiosn they can be held in?

The ICILOC only gets populated / updated when one of two things happen: 1. A user manually creates a record in the Location Details screen by item / location 2. A transactions is posted making use of a stock item *Note: It's very possible to have an item with no transactions which has no records in the ICILOC table. **Note: If you need to include all items, you'd need to indicate ICITEM as your left table with a left-outter join to ICILOC
