Have you put the DISTINCT query in the field lookup in the connector?

Open the Connector that the report is using.  Look at the date field that you are using.  Check how the Lookup is configured.

Hi Stephen, this is defaulting this way when i creat the report and wont let me edit it. Please advise how i can remove the parameter that is appearing twice

Sorry I misread it.  Your parameter should work for TRANSDATE.

It is difficult to analyse your problem without looking at the full details (container and report) so I'd suggest referring to your support consultant. 

Is there any chance i could send you details via email to do a teamviewer session perhaps to assist?

I'm a consultant so my work is chargeable.  I'm not sure if that's what you need here.  Are you a consultant too?  If not, perhaps you have support available from your Sage business partner.

My boss is  business partner and we both cannot seem to figure out why this is not working.
