Method '~' of object '~' failed and Sheet number 12 does not exist in the workbook

SOLVED

Hi,

When I run the sage intelligence report I have this error.

Sometimes the error is "Method '~' of object '~' failed" and sometimes is "Sheet number 12 does not exist in the workbook".

I can run the report using the user that installed the sage but every other users have this exact same issue.

Everyone already has permission to the sage folder and the shared data folder.

What is the reason of this? How to make all the user able to run this sage intelligence report?

Thank you

I know this is a very basic question, but just to be sure: Did you run the Sage Intelligence Workstation Setup (this would be a separate install than the Sage Workstation Setup)? Also, you might want to check that the Report Designer Addins are showing on the user's Excel (under File>Options>Add-ins). I haven't seen an error like yours related to this, but worth checking, just to rule it out as a possible cause.

I am new to sage so I did not know there is another workstation setup for Sage Intelligence.  I ran the setup already and I still have the same error.

I can see the Report Designer Add-ins when I open the user's Excel.

Any other basic things that I may be missed out?

    Thank you

I am guessing you are on a setup where you have your main install on one computer or server, and you have other computers that have workstation setup. If this is the case, and you get this error on a standard "canned" report on other workstations, but that same report runs well on computer/server that has the full installation of Sage, then it is likely a setup issue and you need to call Sage Tech Support at 800-253-1372. However, if I have misunderstood your setup, and you are on a single computer, and you are saying when you log into that single computer as the "administrator who installed the software" and the canned report runs fine but when you log in as "another user" on that same computer the canned report errors out, then this is one for your IT staff. It likely has to do with Windows profile permissions and if you originally installed the software as an Administrator.
