Hi Alex,
Have you seen the Purchases report in Sage Intelligence? If you have set up Sage Intelligence Report Manager you can run the standard Purchases Master report which will give you some of the fields you list above. Additional fields can either be viewed from the standard GL Transaction report or can be added to the purchase report if you have the Connector Module.
Using the Connector module, you or your Sage Partner can join the tables needed to include the fields you wish to see in the report, either by adding fields to an existing, standard report or creating a new report. You will need to understand where the fields reside to know which tables to join. This process can be easier to do than you think if you have not done this before. We have videos on our website - https://learning.sageintelligence.com/sage-300-beginner/visual-learning/ that can help you, however, your Sage Partner will be the best place to start.
Thank you.
