This usually happens if there are multiple versions of Excel installed or the version of Excel that you've worked with previously had been uninstalled from the machine. There are numerous other reasons this error could appear as well.

I'd suggest running a "repair" on the Office version you use from Windows Add/Remove Programs. Thereafter run a repair on Sage Intelligence to allow Intelligence to attach and recognize the Office version you're using.

If this does not work, I'd suggest contacting your support department as there could be some gremlins in your windows registries.
