General Ledger Print Financial Statements

1. Disable UAC

2. Run REGACC as administrator

3. Right click Sage 300 ERP icon and run as administrator

4. Open FR

Close Sage 300 ERP and try FR again.

When I am logged in as ADMIN in Sage I can do it fine. When I switch to the user I have the same error as shown in the image I attached.

Is this on a terminal server?

No it is on a regular workstation. Windows 7 64 bit if that matters, but it shouldn't because I can run it perfectly on the same workstation if I just use the ADMIN sage account (not my domain admin account).

That makes no sense.

What folder did you install Sage in on the workstation?

The target for the SAGE Icon points to our server. The Sage folder installed on the C drive in program files has a small amount of files. This seems standard for other users who do not have this issue.

Did you find a way to resolve this?

I am getting this same error when user is trying to open a specific icon on the Sage 300 desktop. All other icons work fine. If I start Sage 300 by right-clicking and selecting Run as Administrator, the error does not occur. How can I get it to work with a normal user account?

Run regacc

I ran regacc as administrator. But the error persists for this one icon.
