During upgrade process Sage Accpac 5.5 to 5.6 while Activating modules, the process ends with errors.
Bank transaction header. Database error (operation=REV-BROWSE, error=0). Cannot activate Bank Services data.
Restore the 5.5 database from backup, do a Dbdump/Dbload, and try again.
When we have seen this, the database contains partially converted data. Some v5.5 indexes/tables and some v5.6 indexes and tables. Try restoring the original database and try again.
I have done as you suggested. Loaded the original v5.5 backup data, backup prior to the v5.6 upgrade and activation. Results are no different.
Each time the error appears after a couple minutes pause during the conversion
"Bank Services 5.6A, Consolidating Transaction Detail values"
Always errors at this point in the activation.
You've got old dirty data in the BKJRNL table needs to be cleaned up. RVSPY will show you the last record that caused the error.
Seems there is more corruption than just v5.6 table. We can repair/convert the data.

Indeed, Musick can do this.
What is the best way to get the data to you?. What is the procedure?
Send us an email with contact information and we can send you an upload link.
Will do. Thank you
