941 Second Quarter 2021

Has anyone been able to successfully complete the Aatrix 941 Worksheet for second quarter 2021 with covid wages and employee retention credit values?  We do not have any wages that apply to worksheet 1 - covid wages prior to 3/31/21.  However when you enter a value on 941 line 21 it automatically creates worksheet 1.  This wouldn't be a problem if the worksheet remained all zeros.  However numbers are populating to worksheet 1 in fields that can not be manually changed from apparently entering values on worksheets 2 or 3.  

I contacted Aatrix and their response was that the worksheets do not transmit to the IRS.  So basically it doesn't matter.  

However, we are getting a number on worksheet 1 2k that flows to 941 Line 13c.  2k is a calculated field.  So it can not be changed manually.  All fields on worksheet 1 step 2 are 0.  So 2h which should be a total of the 0 has a number coming from somewhere else.  It makes no sense.

Are we doing something incorrect that is causing these weird numbers to populate the various worksheet whether we want them or not.  Can anyone help to shed any light on this form for us?

    Hello,

     Try to re-run the form fresh and go to page 3.

    Enter all the COVID data on line 21-24.

    To to W/S 1 and click no to the question. This should zero everything out.

    Now you should be able to verify the information on w/s 2 and 3.
