Could you help with the following issue?

I opened my Sage 300 desktop, but I cannot use the Notes button. The Button is unavailable. It is the KN module and I cannot see it in the Activation list.
How I can activate the Notes module?

Also, once I try to enter web-screens I receive the following error:

A problem occurred when signing in to web screens. Try signing in to the Sage 300 Desktop and activate data for all company databases that use the same system database before signing in to web screens. Also, activate the following Sage 300 programs: KN.

How I can activate the Notes module in Sage 300?
