You really should have a look at IMan by Realisable.  It's an integration  tool that is already aware of Sage 300.  It hides you from the API so you don't have to try and go through a (steep) learning curve.  Also takes away most of the general integration development headaches.  I would ALWAYS look at IMan first for an integration project.

No, sorry, I've never customized any of the new web screens.  None of my clients have asked for it.

Jay, could you help with the following issue?

I opened my Sage 300 desktop, but I cannot use the Notes button. The Button is unavailable. It is the KN module and I cannot see it in the Activation list.
How I can activate the Notes module?

If you can see it in Help/System Information, then login as ADMIN and set up a security group.  If you can't see it, then run the System Manager setup and select it.
