Sage 300 UI container has stopped working

Question

I upgraded from Sage 2018 to Sage 2020 and now when I try to print a check from Accounts Payable, just before the printing the check I get a Sage 300 UI container error. Any suggestions how to solve this?

Sorry for the long delay in getting back to you, in the end what worked was the uninstall/reinstall.

Make sure that the APCHKxxx.RPT exists. 
 Uninstall/reinstall workstation setup. 
 If this is a custom icon, recopy it.

Also make sure that you have created a copy in the new version Customization Directory AP folder (or re-numbered the old version folder), if this is a customized check.
