emailing expired insurance requests

I am tracking Subcontractors insurance in sage. We will be setting up a crystal report to send an email out to request renewals from the Sub. Where is the best area to enter those emails? Do you recommend the email goes to the sub or insurance agent?

We are still working on the crystal report. I'm loading insurance information for 62 projects into Sage that we are tracking. I believe we will have a few different reports that we will be using. Can you check back in with me in about 2 weeks and see where we are at?
