Hi Jay, so we did tried that however its still giving said error. Any other suggestion(s)?
Check all your settings on the Statement screen, you're missing something simple.
Check Customer Master > Ensure Last Statement Date was not later than current statement printing date
Thanks kkhgoh. We have made progress in this matter by changing a flag (ARCUS.Category) in the database.
The previous version of Sage had a billing option which is no longer available for newer version, hence a manual change had to be done from 1 to 0. Thanks

Are they part of a national account? Does the national account have the print statements tick on? If you want to print the individual ones, take the tick off the national account.
