After an upgrade from 2017 to 2019 we have one user out of a dozen who occasionally has parts of the PO or OE UI greyed out / missing.
For instance, about 50% of the time, the Totals tab will look like the screen cap below when the user starts a new PO.
If they post the PO and reopen it - it is fine.
Less frequently, this will happen on other tabs of Order Entry
